For extended stays or when items run out, guests will need to restock what they require. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM in line with neighborhood expectations. For security, there is one exterior camera facing the driveway only. House Rules •This is a 100% smoke-free property. To maintain a fresh environment for everyone, smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking inside will trigger a specialized deep-cleaning fee starting at $1000. •Parking Rule: A private driveway with space for up to 4 cars is available. Street parking is not permitted. •We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund, plus potential fines of $500+. •Guests are responsible for any damages that occurs during their stay, and costs for repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly. •A professional crew cleans the home after every checkout, we ask that you maintain a reasonable level of tidiness. If the property is left with an excessive mess, an additional heavy-cleaning fee of $200 or more will be applied. •We are very flexible! However, all early arrivals or late departures must be requested and confirmed in advance. We are a pet-friendly property and look forward to hosting you and your companions!
